2018 Reads
An autobiography that ties almost every story back to food? Check. A book that has recipes about these experiences at the end of every section? Check. Another random find at the library? Check. A book for you to read? Check.
I didn’t know what to expect for this one. I picked it up at the library’s new bookshelf, drawn to the colorful cover and the description in the flap (I know, something new for me). Did I see this ending coming? Nope. I usually can guess, which means this was a well written novel.
This one has been on my bookshelf for a year or two. I picked it up at my local library’s annual book sale because I heard it was a great novel and a great movie. So when I accidently picked up a book I had already read, I went to the shelf and Room caught my eye.
Books with the name Rosie in the title catch my eye. It’s probably because I really liked The Rosie Project. While in the middle of my last read, I once again found myself at the library during lunch, picking out the next one. This one was on the new book shelf, caught my eye, and here we are, book number 14 of 2018.
T-Hanks… famous actor, director, producer, voice of Woody, most importantly star of one of my favorite movies You’ve Got Mail. Add author to the list and you’ve got book #13.
